Interested students can register online, in person, or by mail.

Supply lists and vendor number will be forwarded to you. We will share a detailed supply list and vendor’s contact details once the registration is complete.

Simply update us 1 day before your class schedule. We will get the vendor to deliver all the required supplies at our Academy. You can make the payment at the academy when you receive the supplies.

You can start the course you are interested in ANYTIME, ANYDAY.

For Adults: Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday,Saturday
Class Timings: 11.00 am to 1.30 pm & 2.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Sunday Timings: 2.30pm to  7.00pm

For Kids: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Class Timings: 7.00pm to 8.00pm

For Adults: Minimum 2 hours
For Kids: Minimum 1 hour

All the painting and drawing tools given in the supply list provided during registration

We enrol a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 70 participants per class to allow the tutors enough time to monitor your progress at your individual pace. If the course you are interested in enrolling is full, your name will be enrolled under the waitlisted students and the Academy will inform you if there are any last-minute cancellations against whom we can accommodate you in the class

You can visit our institute to process the booking or initiate an online bank transfer.

You can cover-up for the missed class in the consecutive sessions.

If you have a medical certificate supporting your leave/absence, we will extend your course duration for 3 to 6 months depending on which course you have enrolled in.

Yes! We would love to have you for another round of tutoring of the same course…in fact a lot of people do come back for practising the lessons learnt first time around. Our schedule allows our teachers to work with all the students on different projects for each course. If you are repeating the course, the teachers will ensure that you do not repeat any project twice. The projects designed for a repetitive student will push them to further polish their skills and unleash their creative imagination.

For every course, the students will be required to work on various projects and assignments. The teachers will examine the submitted assignments and the final portfolio prepared by the students during their course. The teachers have the right to ask the students to redo any project / assignment if they feel that it is not up to the mark.

100% Advance payment is mandatory to reserve your booking for the course. Registration will be accepted till the classes are full. You can make the payment any time before your first session.

Cancelations and Refunds

If you cancel your registration 7 days prior to the course a 50% refund will be issued.

We will not be able to issue any refund once the first class of your designated course has commenced. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your admission to a friend. Please contact us prior to the class to inform us about the transfer.

We use chairs and upright easels or tables. Students can sit or stand as they prefer or bring their own chair/easel. If you require any specific seating arrangement, please let us know in advance so we can try to accommodate your request and offer you a comfortable environment to learn. Tea and Coffee can be ordered on request (The payment for the same can be made to the restaurant delivery boy directly by the student placing the order)
